Your Warranty Against Manufacturing Defect
Product Warranty information is outlined in full on the King Koil Warranty & Care document which comes with your new purchase. Please retain it and refer to the user tips to help ensure you keep your new product in the best condition for its full lifespan.
In the unlikely event that you feel your new purchase has a manufacturing defect, firstly please contact the retailer from where it was purchased, with your warranty card and/or proof of purchase (purchase receipt). Following pre-qualification, an inspection of the product may be arranged at your convenience to determine if a manufacturing defect exists and advance appropriate action.
Should a recognised manufacturing or materials defect occur within the first two years from the date of manufacture King Koil will, as its discretion repair or replace the product free of charge. In the event of replacement, the warranty remains valid from and relates to the original product purchase. Any subsequent remedies apply up to a maximum of 8 years (depending on the collection). Any repair or replacement will be made at King Koil’s discretion, with charges applying on an increasing sliding-scale basis as per norms of the Irish bedding industry.
